The Richmond Generals Hockey League (RGHL) is pleased to announce a new Select program for the 2020-21 season.   

The RGHL Selects will field both A and B teams at the 10U, 12U, 14U and 16U age groups.   In addition to tournaments and games, the Select A teams will compete in the Eastern Junior Elite Prospects League. 

The B level teams will compete in 5 tournaments in the Mid-Atlantic region.

John Lovell, RGHL Hockey Director said, "The addition of the EJ will be a great complement to our already successful Selects program.  I am very excited about this addition to Richmond hockey."   

The Select program, entering its 10th year, is an optional competitive program available to players in the RGHL, central Virginia's largest in-house recreational youth hockey program.  In addition to RGHL practices, skill clinics and games the Select program gives players and families additional development, competition and travel hockey opportunities.

Registrations for the A division tryouts are scheduled to start August 8th. <Register Now>  Any players not selected for a team during the A tryouts will automatically be registered for the B tryouts to be announced later in mid September.
