The Richmond Generals Tier II organization offers a competitive program to help talented youth hockey players ages 8-18 develop their skills and become better people toward a lifelong love of hockey.

We seek to recruit and retain talented and dedicated players, coaches and volunteers to field USA Hockey-sanctioned teams that compete at A and AA levels in the highly regarded Chesapeake Bay Hockey League (CBHL).

In 2016, the GeneralsTier II program evolved from the Richmond Royals hockey club, which earned a national reputation of developing competitive hockey players over two decades.

Though we now wear the same jersey as the rink-managed programs hockey programs, the Generals Tier II club is a separate nonprofit organization run by a Board of Directors.
